NEW this season! We’ve expanded our First Tracks terrain to accommodate beginner and advanced ski and ride abilities. To further enhance your experience, enjoy Preferred Parking, as well as Platinum Club and Platinum lift lane access for the remainder of the day.

ITINERARY
6:45-7:15 AM: Check-In at Platinum Club
- Platinum Club is located on the main level of the village behind Rubicon Pizza through the Day Locker entrance
- Complimentary snacks & assorted beverages available
- Platinum Day Access tickets distributed
7:15 AM SHARP: Platinum Club attendant will escort you to the Big Springs Gondola entrance
7:25 AM: Meet guides at the base of Arrow chairlift
7:30-8:30 AM: Ski & Snowboard with guides
Remainder of day: Continue to explore the mountain with Platinum Lift Lane access

MORE INFORMATION
- Communication: Within one week prior to the event, our Platinum concierge will reach out to confirm your parking reservation and breakfast attendance as well as provide your event day itinerary.
- Where to Meet: Village guests will check-in at the Platinum Club behind Rubicon Pizza through the Day Locker entrance from 6:45-7:15am. Ritz-Carlton guests will check-in with guides at the bottom of Arrow chairlift at 7:25am.
- Book By: Please purchase your ticket at least 48 hours prior to the event date to allow necessary time to coordinate complimentary parking, guides and breakfast attendance.
- Free Parking: Parking will be made available to you in our Preferred lot. As you near the resort on Northstar Drive, the preferred parking entrance is the first left after the three-way stop sign. Inform the parking attendant of your Platinum First Tracks parking reservation under your name.
- Platinum Day Ticket: Your Platinum Day Ticket will be available upon arrival to your meeting location.
- Terrain: Open terrain off Comstock & Arrow lifts.
- Age & Ability Level: All ages – Must be able to ride the chairlift without assistance Beginner to Advanced levels – Must be able to ride the chairlift without assistance.
- Lift Ticket: Required for the event, not included and must be purchased separately.
