Each month a different brewery will join forces with Northstar’s own Debbie Finn, TC’s Pub and the Banquets Executive Chef, to create a mouth-watering 5-course interactive meal paired with some classic and seasonal ales. The menu will be comprised of fresh, seasonal ingredients to excite and delight all while partnering with a variety of beers to enhance the flavors. In addition to the food and beer (what else could you even want!?!) there will be prizes and giveaways throughout the night. More information.
