Snow update – 45 inches and counting

It’s been a great start to March here, as snow storms dumped 20-45 inches (nearly 4 feet!) of new snow at the Ski Lake Tahoe resorts. If you missed the powder this weekend, don’t fret, as more is in this week’s forecast. Check out some of our favorite photos and tweets below.

Great values and spring skiing at Mt. Rose

At Mt. Rose, altitude really is everything. With our high base elevation of 8,260' combined with northern and eastern exposure, Mt. Rose ensures some of the best conditions in Lake Tahoe even on the warmest of spring days! Mt. Rose currently has excellent top to bottom skiing and snowboarding with the summit chairs running daily from 9 am-4 pm through April 21st.

Miracle March delivers over 100 inches of snow!

March is a month known for its generous storms, and is sometimes referred to as Miracle March. This year it definitely earned that title. Big storms hit Lake Tahoe last week, leaving between 50-109 inches (that's NINE FEET!) of snow at the Ski Lake Tahoe resorts!
