Snow in October isn’t unusual for the Lake Tahoe ski resorts, but it’s still exciting to see snow-capped mountains so early. Photos from Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe and Heavenly's webcams proved that the weather forecasts for snow at higher elevations were indeed true.
And with the first winter weather advisory of the year in effect today, it’s likely there will a bit more snow up high to fuel the pre-season stoke!
