I am writing this with an ear-to-ear grin because twenty minutes ago I was making knee-deep powder turns in a foot of fresh snow with a group of amazing people. Sierra-at-Tahoe is truly a magical place. Winter has returned once again and the forecast is calling for more snow throughout the week and into March.
On one of my chairlift rides today I meet a very nice lady named Emily, who in-between hoots and hollers from the powder hounds below, explained to me that she is in “love” with Sierra because of its authenticity, quirkiness, and homey vibe.
