Four feet of fresh snow at Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe!

Mar 2nd 2012

Pow day at Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe

Mt. Rose – Ski Tahoe just received 4 feet of fresh snow in the past week and today is a bluebird powder day! The advanced and expert Chutes at 40-55 degree vertical is perfect for hardcore skiers and snowboarders.

This storm had perfect timing for the Stake Your Claim competition at Mt. Rose to be held on March 3rd. This freeride ski competition sponsored by Alaskan Brewing Company is giving away a trip to Tailgate Alaska to the top finisher. Other prizes include a Contour Camera, Elan skis and bindings, Dalbello boots, and more.
