Enjoy tri-tip, artisanal pizzas, or chili with the views. For those seeking stronger sustenance, you’ll find an assortment of beer, wine and cocktails at Bar 9150 located within the lodge.
After a morning of hiking at Kirkwood, head over to the historic Kirkwood Inn for lunch. This rustic log cabin, built in 1864, is now home to a casual restaurant and bar. An assortment of beers on tap provides the perfect refreshment after a day on the trails, and the smoked ribs and chicken combo is a guaranteed way to ensure you’re not running on empty. Be sure to try the Comstock Chili, a four- time Thin Air Chili Cook Off winner.
The Martis Valley Grille, located in the Northstar golf course clubhouse, is the place for breakfast at Northstar. Enjoy classics like huevos rancheros and blueberry pancakes, or plan for Sunday Brunch, which comes with a complimentary mimosa for those of age. Not a morning person? The Martis Valley Grille serves lunch and dinner, and boasts a pretty great happy hour from 4-6 pm that includes drink specials and discounted appetizers.
